The label was formed in 1999 by Anders Lundemark primarily as a license holder for the band KONKHRA. Now, the label has set up international distribution and struck an international publishing deal  with Warner/Chappel. The label will release all genres in the future basing the deal on a  50/50 philosophy that should underline the simple fact that this label is built by musicians for musicians. The first release will be KONKHRA's sixth studio outing entitled "Nothing is Sacred", which is due out in January 2009.
